By accessing, browsing, or using JoyPotential.com DBA as Eartheart LLC), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services Provided
JoyPotential.com offers a variety of services including, but not limited to, coaching courses, events, and healing sessions (collectively, “Services”). All services are intended to provide educational, motivational, and inspirational support.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Those under 18 are welcome to utilize our coaching and counseling services, as well as attend our events. We simply require the explicit permission or involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Payment and Pricing
All prices for Services are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made at the time of booking to confirm your spot in any course or event. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order or service request at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our Services, we do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed. However, for many of our programs, such as the Joy Potential retreat and Reiki training (see individual refund policies for each of our programs), you will receive a credit to use for future events, should you need to cancel. The Divine Joy women’s retreat to Bali and 8-week Divine Joy women’s circle are two events where credits are not available. However, with all cases, you are always welcome to transfer your spot to someone else for no additional fee. Exceptions may apply under extraordinary circumstances and at our discretion.
5. Disclaimer
Christine Eartheart, the coaches on our team, and JoyPotential.com do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health conditions. The Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree that any information or advice provided by Christine Eartheart and our coaches are offered in good faith, with the understanding that you are responsible for your own health, well-being, and decisions.
We also do have licensed mental health practitioners on our team who are trained and qualified to provide professional diagnoses and psychological treatment.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site or services.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, courses, materials, and intellectual property on JoyPotential.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to Christine Eartheart and JoyPotential.com and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site without express permission.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide is used to facilitate our services and is governed by our [Privacy Policy]. We do not share or disclose your information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
